We take extreme care in packaging our handcrafted creations to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Below you will find detailed information regarding shipping timelines, shipping fees, and track procedures.

1. Processing & Dispensing

Because we hand-pour and detailed vessels in small batches, orders are usually processed and ready to dispatch within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or launch weeks, processing may extend to 4-5 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

We offer flat shipping rate of ₹150 for orders below ₹3,000. Orders of ₹3,000 or above automatically qualify for Free Standard Shipping across India. Shipping timelines range from 3-5 business days depending on city zones.
