Welcome to VibhushitShreya. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing handcrafted products from our digital store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Store Orders & Inventory

We hand-pour all candles in small batches. Because of this, product stock levels can change quickly. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item suffers low inventory or material constraints, in which case a full immediate refund is processed.

2. Intellectual Property

All assets, image photography, brand marks, custom wax sculpture silhouettes, and text descriptions are the exclusive property of VibhushitShreya Home and cannot be copied or redistributed without written authorization.

3. Safe Burn Responsibilities

Candles are open flames. Customers assume complete responsibility for safe candle burning practices (e.g. keeping wicks trimmed, avoiding drafts, keeping away from children, and never leaving lit candles unattended).
